We currently use Canada Post for our shipping needs. You should expect to receive your package within 4-5 business days after placing your order. All orders are shipped within 2 business days.

Yes! This is completely normal, just remember to shake the bottle well before use.

The self life of the product is between 9-12 months unopened, depending on flavour. Once opened we recommend using within 2-3 weeks for optimal taste and freshness. Store the bottles in a cool, dry area away from sunlight. Once opened store the bottles in the fridge.
